My product is faulty, what do I do?
You will need to send the product back to us to the following address:

Please be aware that the return is your responsibility so please ensure that all items are packed securely.
If you have had the item for less than 28 days we will be able to refund your carriage costs back to you up to the value of £7.99. If over 28 days, then you will be liable for all carriage costs. Obviously, if you come into our stores you would pay no carriage.
You also need to include a covering note with all your contact details and also a brief explanation of the problem.
If the product has been returned to us and there is no fault found, you are liable for all carriage costs and the time we spend on the unit diagnosing the fault. This charge will be £25.00. For this reason we strongly urge all our customers to fully test all products prior to sending back.
